I’m proud you like my products and know you want to enjoy them for a long time to come. Here are some tips for looking after your purchase. Please note: these are advisory only and do not replace your statutory rights:

*Please always wash your new products before first use and remember we always advise against the use of bleaching agents.

China (mugs & jugs) – hand-wash in warm, soapy water before rinsing clean and drying by hand. Even though the motifs are heated to a high temperature on their final firing, the UK factory cannot guarantee colour fastness when cleaned in a dishwasher.

Textiles (tea towels, oven glove etc) – my carefully selected unbleached fabrics are suitable for washing at 40C (many modern detergents and machines make 30C better for the planet) and take a warm iron with or without steam.

Wall Art – mounted and framed prints are both produced on acid-free, archival paper, best suited to our in-house printing processes. As with all works of art, repeated exposure to direct sunlight may cause colours to fade. Clean glass with a proprietary cleaner as and when required.

Placemats, Coasters and Chopping boards – my coasters, placemats and chopping boards are made from either tempered, recyclable glass or melamine coated sustainable wood. All are designed to be wipe-clean with a damp cloth and then air or hand-dried according to preference. Ensure the rubber feet underneath remain affixed and have not perished. (Replacements if needed can be bought online and from many hardware stores.)
